In order to mobilize, management must create a connection between recognition and motivation, recognize the signs of loss of motivation and create a context that extends said motivation.

An organization is fundamentally a unit. Everything that appears is a part of said unit and beyond the fact that everything is interconnected, a group that is held together by cooperation and compassion will transcend the ego and go beyond any feeling of separation.
