DEVELOPING PRESENCE

Our first contribution is developing the presence and accountability of the members of your team in order to support better collaboration and communications in the workplace. The context created by our Higher Performance Zone encourages leadership, coaching-type management and unsuspected mobilization on many fronts.

YOUR BUSINESS’ CULTURE REFLECTS THE VALUES EXPERIENCED BY EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS ALIKE

THROUGH COACHING, TRAINING AND SUPPORT, WE ROLL-OUT A UNIFYING MODEL CALLED THE ZONE FOR HIGHER PERFORMANCE.

Created with the latest findings in the fields of management, neuroscience and quantum physics, our approach favors a company culture where the heart recognizes and naturally responds to a cause that is greater than the individual.

If you’re dissatisfied with current behavior in your workplace, if your company values are not felt, you have a culture issue. We bring awareness to the current culture you have in your business so you can make necessary changes. Being conscious is the first step and once you know, you can access the true source of behaviors in your business. After all, you can’t act on what hasn’t yet been identified.

LIVING AND INTERACTING IN THE ZHP SAVES TIME AND DEVELOPS ACCOUNTABILITY

Employees are naturally more motivated and responsible.

HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON: THEY KNOW THEMSELVES, THEY UNDERSTAND OTHERS AND THEY MANAGE THEIR DIFFERENCES.

CREATING A PERFORMING TEAM MEANS PULLING DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE TOGETHER TO COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER AND COLLABORATE ON A SHARED GOAL.

Different people in a group can’t be managed in the same way because they don’t have the same needs.

How can you have a winning team if you don’t understand yourself or the others in your group? How do you coach and inspire when you don’t know what makes others tick? How do you gain trust?

Managing with a coaching style answers these questions and holds everyone accountable for their part.

ZHP > RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION MEANS INCREASING YOUR CONFIDENCE IN YOUR ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WELL.

WE DEFINE RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION, DEFINE OBSTACLES THAT CAN AFFECT CLEAR, INSPIRING COMMUNICATION AND ENCOURAGE PARTICIPANTS TO BECOME ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR COMMUNICATIONS.

The responsible communication aspect of the ZHP wouldn’t be complete without covering a few tips and tricks that help integrate training in your work environment and take action in order to feel comfortable with all colleagues.

Supported by thousands of hours of hands-on recherche, plus the most recent scientific discoveries, the ZHP program sharpens your full potential and thus, increased, consistent productivity.

MOBILIZING, means sharp, motivated employees.

MOBILIZING SHARP, MOTIVATED EMPLOYEES IS SIMPLE WHEN THEY KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE COMPANY’S VISION AND FEEL ENGAGED IN BRINGING IT TO LIFE.

In order to mobilize, management must create a connection between recognition and motivation, recognize the signs of loss of motivation and create a context that extends said motivation.

To ensure this connection, management should understand the 3 basic needs of its employees, in other words the 3 inherent factors that lead to efficiency, the link between emotions and motivation and the 12 elements that make employees happy at work (salary is not one of these).

UNIFYING TEAMS MEANS MOVING TOWARD A HEALTHY, EGO-FREE ORGANIZATION

AN EGOCENTRIC CULTURE CREATES AN EGOCENTRIC BUSINESS WHERE IT’S ALL ABOUT THE ‘I’ WHICH SEPARATES AND DIVIDES.

This is common today all over the world. We currently live in a competitive, power-hungry world and competing creates division.

On the other hand, when unity prevails, individuals don’t lead with the ego. When we remove the cause—or stick in the wheel called ‘ego’—the system can unify and restore balance within the organization.

An organization is fundamentally a unit. Everything that appears is a part of said unit and beyond the fact that everything is interconnected, a group that is held together by cooperation and compassion will transcend the ego and go beyond any feeling of separation.

Both simple and complex, our processes, such as changing your company culture, develop a sense of unification that strengthens both individuals and groups.
